Summer Steak Slice Salad
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 5.2 Oz Steak Slices
- 3.5 Oza Lettuce
- Cucumber, sliced
- 6 Baby tomatoes
- 1 Round of feta
- Handful Kalamata olives
- 2 Avocados, sliced
- Salt and pepper
- White Vinegar & Olive Oil
Preparation Instructions - 15 minutes
Place 50g of lettuce on each plate (this salad serves 2), top with equal amounts of sliced cucumbers.
Sprinkle on some ground black pepper and salt. Add your Steak Slices, and then arrange your baby tomatoes on each plate. Crumble feta on your salad.
Add the Kalamata olives and slices of avocado, drizzle with White Vinegar & Olive oil or your favourite salad dressing and enjoy!
