Joburg uses a South African-inspired air-drying process to make tender Steak Slices from whole cuts of beef. Jerky varies widely by maker; the best way to choose is by taste, texture, and the ingredients on the package.
Do I need to prepare it?
No. Enjoy it straight from the pouch. Follow the storage instructions on your current package, especially after opening.
